… The space Lyndsey and I created (fully Lyndsey) was a deeply safe and supportive one, and the further I moved into it, the more exciting it became to explore new spaces in my mind.  No one session was the same, In one, I was convinced I was skipping.  In another, I was convinced I was travelling in a train. It was a mini adventure each time.

 

For me, what I learnt was that the exploration was beyond anything I could have imagined.  It opened up new possibilities and new dimensions in my brain.  On top of that, I felt soothed.  I found myself referencing the 3 Ps.  I thought about it; I caught myself slipping away from them and I would contemplate what Lyndsey would say to me to pull me back.  She was everywhere with me, in my kitchen, in my office, and I loved it. “​​​​
